Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery roughly chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple can be frozen, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mango can be frozen, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ inch piece ginger peeled, roughly chopped
  • cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts can use chia seeds
  • 2 sprigs cilantro
  • 4 handfuls kale roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ limes juiced
  • 1-1½ cups iced green tea exact amount varies

Instructions

  • Make the green tea ahead of time and chill in the refrigerator or freezer until completely cool.
  • Prep all the ingredients.
  • Put all ingredients in the blender in the order shown and blend until smooth. You may have to add the kale in stages, blending between handfuls. Vary the amount of liquid to your preference.
  • Pour and enjoy!
